I am not a big Google reviewer, so apologies to anyone reading this thinking I've done this all wrong. Let me begin but saying it has been a long, long time since I had a customer service experience as positive as to the ones I have had with Nuefoil. Everything, from initially getting information on its foilboard, to ordering one, to taking delivery of it and being shown how to operate it, to my sole service call issue (dead remote battery - my fault for not charging it but they sent a replacement immediately, no questions asked, even though I reached out on a Sunday!) has been absolutely first class. I cannot say enough good things about this organization, and have been singing its praises to friends and family alike. They truly set the bar when it comes to providing a positive experience to their customers. And their product delivers way too much fun than one product should. Seriously addicting for young and old. My only fear is that they get bought out by a big-multinational and the pleasure of dealing with them will be lost forever. Well done, Aaron Walker and the rest of you at Team Nuefoil!

From the design and the build of the board, to the packaging to protect it as it comes to you is impressive. I can't recommend NueFoil enough. 🤙 As someone new to the sport, I found their pricing to be one of the most approachable entry points into e-foiling without sacrificing quality. What really sets them apart, though, is their customer service. When I needed a replacement kill switch, the team went above and beyond by personally dropping off a new one so I could get back on the water quickly. That level of support is rare these days. Their introductory lesson was fantastic as well. They spent a couple of hours walking me through the fundamentals, helping me understand not just how to ride, but how to learn efficiently and safely. The instruction was patient, encouraging, and tailored to my skill level. On top of that, they've been incredibly responsive whenever I've had questions. Whether it's troubleshooting, maintenance, or learning tips, I've always received quick and helpful answers. If you're thinking about getting into e-foiling, NueFoil offers an outstanding combination of affordability, customer support, and genuine passion for helping people succeed in the sport.

I've been researching eFoils for the past few months and reached out to NueFoil with a number of questions before making a purchase decision. Aaron has been absolutely outstanding throughout the process. Rather than giving me a sales pitch, he took the time to answer every question honestly, explain my options, and even point out things that weren't necessarily in NueFoil's favour - like the regulations around propeller-driven models in Ontario.
